The Convention themes over the years reflect the changing role of Advertising agencies with the changing times.
- In 1998, the club created a history when it conducted the first ever International Convention - Advertising Future Shock which had as its theme “Competing for the future” and over 60% of the speakers coming from countries like USA, UK, Netherlands and Hong Kong. It was hailed as one of the best organized conventions by the whole Indian advertising industry.
- The next edition of Advertising Future Shock was held in 2001 with the theme “Reinventing advertising in the ICE Age”. Reflecting the emergence thought Leaders in the advertising scene, this convention had more Indian speakers.
- The third edition of Advertising Future Shock was held in 2007 with the theme “Integrated Communication & Disintegrated Agencies”
