The categories of entries and the rules for entry are as follows:

Group 01 - Print, Radio, TVC or Digital
Single piece of work can be entered for each medium (Print, Radio, TVC or Digital); It can be a part of a campaign or a stand - alone entry.

Entry cost for print campaigns Rs. 2750 + GST
(Maximum 3 Pieces)
The Cost for other entries is Rs. 1,850 + 18% GST

Group 02 - Media Agnostic
The group of entries is media agnostic; hence, print could be fighting against TV or Radio. Therefore, it will be left to your discretion to select where you choose to enter what.

The Entry Cost for each entry in each medium is Rs. 1,850 + 18% GST

Best Illustration Award
An Award as tribute to Late Mr. SAM RAJAPANDIAN
  • Illustration - Single

The Entry Cost is Rs. 1,850 + 18% GST

Integrated Campaigns
  • A. Integrated Campaign - Campaign across every category can be re-entered for this category. A minimum of 5 pieces and a maximum of 10 pieces need to be entered for this category

Entries in this category would be judged on the basis for the overall campaign effect. The fee is Rs. 7,000 + 18% GST

Media Awards

Best use of TV
- Judging will be based on the creative use of the medium.

Best use of Print
- Judging will be based on the creative use of the medium.

Best use of Radio
- Judging will be based on the creative use of the medium.

Best use of Cinema
-Judging will be based on the creative use of the medium.

Best use of Outdoor
- Judging will be based on the creative use of the medium.

Best use of Digital
- This category is for the overall digital customer experience the client/agency has been able to create; it could either be through a collection of digital avenues (e.g search, social, games, content, mobile etc) or just a few or even a single avenue as long as the “experience” can be articulated and quantified

The cost of every entry is Rs. 1,850 + 18% GST

Best use of Integrated Media

Best use of integrated media
-Minimum 3 types of media should have been used for this

Entries in this category would be judged on the basis for the overall campaign effect. The fee is Rs. 7,000 + 18% GST

General Rules & Regulations

Entry Formats:
  • Film Entries should be sent in DVD Format(s) (MPEG4, MOV)
  • Print work should be suitably mounted, along with high resolution JPEGs for display
  • Radio / Jingle should be on a CD in an MP3 Format
  • Poster / Outdoor / Ambient entries should be accompanied by photographs
Rules:
  • Entries must be from released work for real clients only, except for entries to the "Unpublished" work category
  • The work should have been released between 01.03.2018 & 28.02.2019
  • All entries must be accompanied by the entry form and the fee mentioned in the individual group
  • Last date for entries is 18th March, 2019 - Tuesday

Payments must be made by Cheque / DD, drawn in favour of 'Advertising Club Madras' If a single cheque / DD is being sent for multiple entries, a clear statement must be attached listing the number of entries.

Each entry must be in a separate envelope, which must contain the entry form and the work. Please mark the envelope cleary with category name and the Company name as outlined in each of the group rules.

The decisions of the judges are final, in case of any discrepancy, the participating organisation would be contacted for clarification / verification.

Typcally, every entry category would have three winners - Gold, Silver and Bronze (with respective weightages for final tally calcuation). Grand winners and integrated campaign winners would have a higher weightage
