About Speakers: Mr.Karthik Jayakumar has over 10 years of experience and has worked at HSB Partners, Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff, earlier. Karthik has extensive experience in corporate transactional matters including M&A, legal advisory for start-ups, private equity, joint ventures, and other advisory services. He also advises clients on various foreign exchange and securities law related matters. Karthik was earlier empanelled on the legal sub-committee of BCCI's Cricket Association of Pondicherry in 2019 and 2020. Ms.Ashwathy Nair Ashwathy is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India in 2017. She graduated from University College London specialising in International Commercial Law. She has practiced before the Madras High Court specialising in niche commercial taxation matters. Post her graduation, Ashwathy worked in OP Jindal University, Delhi as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean teaching Commercial Law to undergraduate and post graduate students. Ashwathy is currently working as an Associate at Peritum Partners gaining experience in transactional matters including M&A, PE & VC and advisory services.
