If there are any duplicate transactions / payments done by the Members, the extra payment on request with valid documents refund may be done in next 15 workings days by Advertising Club Madras.
Amount on the member bill is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our backend services may vary. “Advertising Club Madras” will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in amounts on the Advertising Club Madras Website pre and post payment, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of having made your payment. “Advertising Club Madras” shall then refund the excessive amount within 10-15 business days of intimation if any through cheque or in case of payment paid by the member for membership is lesser than actual membership amount quoted in Advertising Club Madras website, then the member need to pay the balance amount with in 15 days in order to exercise they membership through cheque/cash. For Bills paid by Cash / Cheque / online transaction the refunds will be done by Cheque. If the “Club” comes across any such difference in amounts, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the payments.
Cancellation of payments:
Once a payment has been made online, Member will not be able to cancel it. For Refund and other issues, Members have to contact the “Advertising Club Madras” and settlements application shall be placed before a meeting of the Managing Committee for its consideration. The Managing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the application for membership without assigning any reason.
All Refund and Cancellation settlements will be made by the “Advertising Club Madras” based on the By-laws of the Club.
